If you follow our lead, your tuning business will thrive.  Your satisfied customers will be spreading the good word and promoting your business for you for FREE!

Treat your customers with contempt as some tuning product manufacturers do, then you lose goodwill, get a 'bad name' & its a well known fact in marketing that an unhappy customer will tell 5 times more people of his bad experience than a satisfied one.  Everyone's a loser if this is your attitude and we don't want your business dragging ours down with it!!

** The Synergy range is our retail product and can be bought online or via Ebay. It is NOT available through dealers and must NOT be fitted by them. Some custmers will try to negotiate a price for fitting, having bought one direct.

DEALER REQUIRMENTS

Dealers MUST accompany the customer on a road test to check that a satisfactory setting has been chosen.

Dealers MUST offer a 30day money back evaluation period and 5 year transferable warranty (customer must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims)

Orders are accepted on a prepaid basis, on credit/debit card or by Bacs faster payment. Strictly no credit accounts.

A NOTE TO VEHICLE OWNERS:

Fitting a Synergy or Turbotune does not take very long in most cases and you may think it should only cost £10-20.

But please remember that the fitting charge must contribute to the dealers overheads, fitting time, road test and after sales service & support.  If the dealer is vat registered this will be charged (currently 15%)

Dealers will NOT fit a Synergy module.
